Diablo 4 S7: Necromancer Bloodwave Starter Guide
Welcome everyone! Here's your guide to getting started with the best Season 7 build for Necromancers - the Blood Wave build. This starter guide is designed to get you started, even if you're not fully equipped.

Build Overview
Simplicity: This build is incredibly user-friendly for beginners; you can literally play with one button to speed farm Pit 100.Power: Similar to the Spiritborn dominance of Season 6, but without the bugs, making it a legitimate powerhouse in Season 7.
Getting started
When to start: You can start this build as soon as you reach tier 1, around level 60, and have some Paragon points under your belt.Leveling: Use a minion build to level from 1 to 60, as Blood Surge isn't available until you've progressed through your skill tree.
Essential equipment
Kessime's Legacy Pants: Critical to this build, dropped by Lord Zir in the Darkened Path.Tidal Aspect: Increases the number of waves cast with Blood Wave, making your cooldown resets more efficient.Fast Blood Aspect: Available from your Power Codex, but you'll want to upgrade it at some point.
Core mechanics
Blood Wave: Your primary skill. With the right aspects, casting Blood Wave will leave blood orbs on the ground, which you must collect to reset your cooldown.Overpower: Collecting Blood Orbs ensures that your Blood Wave will always overpower, significantly increasing your damage output.Gear Strategy
Helm: Focus on cooldown reduction to make Blood Wave more spamable.Chest: Go for survivability with the Juggernaut aspect, focusing on max health, intelligence, and resistances.Gloves: Ultimate Shadow Aspect for Shadow damage synergy if available, otherwise crit chance and max health.Boots: Movement speed is key due to the Necromancer's slow base speed, along with max health and intelligence.Weapon: A two-handed mace with max health and damage, while fortified for multiplicative damage boosts.Amulet: Early on, prioritise the Fast Blood aspect here for cooldown management.Rings: Look for maximum Health, Intellect and Crit chance. Consider aspects such as Hemomancer's Brawler for simple damage boosts.Runes & Buffs
Runes: Use Back and Go for crit chance on movement, and Iy and Coak for late-game damage boosts. Early on, any generator runes will do.Potions & Incense: Elixir of Fortitude for maximum health and XP gain, Incense for extra health or resistances.Mercenary & Witchcraft
Mercenary: Choose based on your need for armour or elemental resistances.Witchcraft: Focus on upgrading key ranks for bonuses, using restless staffs from events. Look out for Panado in the nightmare dungeons for an extra boost.Skills & Paragons
Skill tree: Simplified for starters - focus on Blood Wave, collecting orbs and using Blight for more damage.Paragon Board: The starter version is similar to the endgame setup, but simplified. More details to come in future videos. Thanks for reading
